Who are we?

We are Mythical Studio, a boutique agency specializing in helping startups go from 0 to 1. We work with pre-seed and seed-funded startups, guiding them in building and launching new products

We’ve achieved this successfully multiple times, and you could say we've found a pattern to it

Clients like working with us because we can help them navigate the rough waters of an early-stage startup and they can lean on us to get s*** done.

What are we looking for?

Simply put we need more hands-on help with product, design and research. We’ve got many clients looking to work with us but only one Lead to move the projects in the right direction. We’re looking to move some of the hands-on work to a strong generalist designer and grow them into a new lead over time.

What skills do you have?

• 2+ years experience in UX / UI / Product Design
• Figma chops, we build a lot of design systems
• A strong visual design portfolio, shows us the projects you are proud of, only 1 or 2, quality over quantity.
• You are organised and methodical, using UX methods and practices to work through your projects
• Good communication skills and the ability to concisely articulate design decisions
• We work with multiple clients at a time so having strong time management skills is key
• A keen ability to work through uncertainty, keeping track of and managing the assumptions you make as a designer
